1. Where to buy our products in a real store?

 

At the moment, we do not have our own store. Excellent retailers in many different countries, including Scandinavia, Finland, Iceland, The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, sell our products. In order to locate your nearest retailer, please send us a mail and we will be happy to help you. Otherwise, you can always have a look at the products in the web shop.  

 

2. I'm interested in a bag or a couple of shoes, but they are out of stock or you don't have them in the web shop? 

 

Normally, bags will be back in stock within a short period of time. With shoes it is different, whereas most styles are been made for a specific season and when it's sold out it not sure that it's going to be produced again. 

If a product is not available in our online store, it might be available at one of our retailers, contact us and we will let you know.   

 
 

3. I'm interested in another colour or size that isn't available? 

 

As mentioned above, nearly all products will be back in stock within a maximum of two months, expect for shoes, but when it comes to a specific, material, colour or size, deviations may occur. Should this happen, please contact us via the contact form and we will let you know when the goods are expected to be back in stock.

5. Do you ship worldwide and what is the shipment cost and time?

Yes, we ship worldwide with a few reservations. The shipment cost is calculated automatically when you place an order. If not, please contact us and we will make sure that it is added. 


We work closely with DPD, GLS and DHL Express to ensure a very fast and secure delivery. 

 
The shipment costs are: 
 
Denmark: 10 € with DPD Danmark. Delivery time: 2-3 working days. 
 

Europe: 15 € shipped with GLS. Delivery time: 3-5 working days. 

 
The rest of the world: 40 € with DHL. Delivery time: 3-5 working days. 
 

Please note, that we offer free shipment in Europe on orders above 75 Euro.
 

6. Can I track my order? 

 

Yes, of course you can. When your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will automatically receive a track and trace code (T&T), making you able to trace your order. Unfortunately, we have experienced some difficulties with T&T mails being caught in spam filters. Before contacting us, please make sure to check your spam filter.

 

7. Do I have to pay customs and taxes on my order? 

 

If you live within the EU, everything is included in the price. To shipments outside Europe there will be added an extra import VAT, and sometime other small custom fees, the rate will depend on the specific policy of the country. Please note that Norway and Schwitzerland are not a part of EU. 

 
 

8. What's your return policy? 

 

From the day you receive your order, you always have a 14 days right of return. If you regret your order or it doesn't meet your expectations, you can always return it and get a refund, you just have to cover the shipment costs. If this is the case please send us a request, and we will send you a standard form that you have to attached to the shipment.   

 
 

9. Warranty? 

 

Concerning reclamations and warranty, there's always a two years warranty on every single product from Royal RepubliQ. This regards manufactural defects only; not other defects caused by misuse or heavy wear of the products. Should you experience any problems with manufactural defects, please let us know by sending us a mail with a photo and an description of the extend to customerserivce(at)republic.com, and we will examine the case and make sure that the product will be replaced if it is, indeed, a manufactural defect.
